Develop a digital solution to streamline the registration, access control, and logistical management of large-scale university events at Universidad del Rosario.
The primary goal was to replace traditional paper-based systems with a mobile platform that could simplify attendee registration, improve communication, and optimize resources—while ensuring an inclusive experience for all participants.
I designed the user interface and experience architecture for the Registro Express App, focusing on usability, speed, and accessibility. The project required balancing two fronts: a functional administrative backend for organizers and a simple, frictionless experience for students.
The UX design prioritized quick interactions, clear visual hierarchy, and universal access principles to accommodate users with cognitive or physical disabilities.
The final product was a mobile app that centralized the entire event flow—from registration and accreditation to snack distribution and data management.
