Design and implement a digital solution capable of managing the registration and accreditation process for Cartagena Inspira — one of the most relevant conferences in Latin America focused on marketing, creativity, and innovation.
The objective: reduce operational friction, enhance the attendee experience, and project a modern, tech-driven image consistent with the event’s positioning.
Working with Alün Ideas, I contributed to the conceptualization and design of Evento Naranja, a digital platform that streamlined both pre-registration and on-site self-registration. The user flow was optimized to minimize wait times and human errors, ensuring a frictionless onboarding experience for over 1,600 participants.
The design focused on clarity, accessibility, and scalability, integrating both web and on-site interfaces under a cohesive visual and interaction system.
The final product combined functional efficiency with a strong visual identity that reflected the innovative DNA of Cartagena Inspira.
The interface was intuitive and responsive, guiding users seamlessly through each step — from registration to badge printing — while maintaining a modern and consistent aesthetic aligned with the event’s branding.
